Euroterra Capital is a property developer, investor and operator, located in Marylebone in prime central London, specialising in luxury homes, luxury serviced residences, co-living, serviced apartments and student accommodation. They are known for their dynamically paced full-service property development and lettings business which focuses on Hyde Park and the W1 and W2 postcodes, covering Paddington, Bayswater, Marylebone, Lancaster Gate, Notting Hill and South Kensington.
The company is under the leadership of CEO Pantazis Therianos, who has successfully cemented its reputation over the past 12 years as a leading real estate developer in central London – able to invest in sought after locations where quality stock is limited and demand is high. The business has established itself as a market leader in protecting and enhancing buildings with significant English heritage architecture and interest, whilst internally it places a huge emphasis on craftsmanship and interior design. Complementing this, the firm operates a comprehensive letting and after sales service.
Elevate PR was brought on board just over two years ago at the start of a major brand transformation for Euroterra Capital. The company had got to a point where its expert team and operations were well established, but it was now ready to formulate a cohesive brand identity and start to build a profile within the UK media that would speak to its UK and international clients.
Inspired by the CEO’s vision, Elevate PR helped establish Euroterra Capital’s unique positioning as ‘London’s premier garden square developer’ – helping to define its USP in a crowded London market.
This messaging has since informed all marketing and PR communications and provided a vehicle to open discussions with press – helping to secure coverage in PrimeResi, React News, Property Investor Today, Telegraph Luxury, Conde Nast Property and Spears500.
Beyond this, Elevate PR has acted as an extension of the in-house team, assuming the role of ‘brand custodians’ – helping the team to shape key messaging for brochures, website and PR materials, handling media relations and offering up strategic counsel across all communications. We also manage Euroterra Capital’s LinkedIn page, with the aim of generating property leads; working smartly alongside their social media consultant to align on content.
Going forward, the PR focus is on profiling the long-term investment opportunities that exist with Euroterra Capital and the potential of W2 – an area of London that is undergoing major investment, specifically in Bayswater and Paddington and where there are positive signs of capital growth.
