Amber Parkside By Fabrica
Elevate PR was appointed by FABRICA by A2Dominion to launch Amber Parkside, its latest design-led development of family homes in the picturesque Surrey village of Cranleigh.
As part of our brief to launch phase one of the development, we were asked to maximise FABRICA’s brand partnership with Livingetc, the UK’s most influential homes magazine brand, which has provided the stunning interiors vision for the development.
This was the first time Livingetc had put its name to a development, designing and dressing the marketing suite and three show homes in a range of interior styles to suit the cosmopolitan lifestyle offered at Amber Parkside: Into the Woods, Refined Industrial and Modern Decorative. This was also an opportunity for FABRICA to elevate its position as a developer who did things with creativity and design at the heart of its homes.
Elevate PR has helped to steer the partnership, working with FABRICA and the publisher’s editorial and design project teams to manage timelines, creative assets and content that is required to deliver the campaign across multiple print, online and digital platforms.
Since our onboarding we have helped secure additional social posts, co-branded video content and themed online features to bolster FABRICA’s paid for presence, as well as provided on brand messaging and copy for use across Livingetc’s social channels.
Maximising the brand partnership with Livingetc was just one of elements of the wider launch campaign for Amber Parkside, which has focused heavily on creating digital content for web and generating news stories. We are handling the day-to-day press office and pitching nuanced stories to national and regional publications with a focus on quality over quantity and where possible securing coverage that highlights the design credentials of the development.
