Greystar
Redefining rentals was key to our brief when appointed by specialist global rental developer, Greystar, to launch its latest west London development overlooking the Grand Union Canal in Ealing. Greenford Quay is London’s largest purpose-built rental community and is Greystar’s flagship project in Europe that offers over 2,000 new homes across seven residential buildings, including the newly restored Art Deco Tillermans building.
Central to our strategy was positioning Greenford Quay as one of London’s most exciting new neighbourhoods, with an extensive range of exceptional amenities for all residents including cinema room and spinning studio, as well as numerous on-site shops and services. Highlighting the development’s location and putting this new community in Ealing on the map and focusing on the resurgence of living in west London, was key in our targeted media outreach.
In order to promote Greenford Quay as setting a new standard for renting by providing chic and stylish community living, it was key for us to consider the target audiences. Professionally managed rental housing offers a more mature lifestyle option, whether it’s for single households, young professionals or those looking for somewhere they can live, work and play. Highlighting the on-site management team and impressive amenities was the focus for this messaging, which involved sourcing corporate profiling opportunities with trade publications for the development’s Community Manager. This provided an outlet for Greystar to discuss its elevated level of service and high-quality homes, whilst highlighting the long-term benefits of renting.
