The Bayswater Apartments were accomplished with an architectural build that combines the highest specification in technology, quality and comfort. A Grade II Listed exterior, the development, which is on Inverness Terrace in Baywaster is set at the edge of 600 acres of London’s most famous green space, the Royal Parkland of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. A former hostel, this development has undergone a huge transformation and we were lucky enough to have before and after photos to showcase the works undertaken. 

The PR campaign included the organisation of a press launch and arranging an exclusive article with a The Metro. The results included a double page feature in The Metro which also included the front page of the home section and articles in the Daily Mail, The Wealth Scene and What House Magazine.
