Elevate goes international…

Whilst the British weather has turned decidedly cooler this month, Elevate PR is excited to be working with a new client which holds dynamic plans in distinctly warmer waters. Via its parent company, Euroterra Capital, Elevate PR will be managing two of the organisation’s most strategically significant brands. Firstly, Crystal Waters is fast-becoming a high demand brand, renowned for its luxury serviced villas, including the largest completed serviced villa project in Greece. This branch of the group is currently expanding into London, Dubai, Bulgaria, Vietnam and other parts of Greece including Mykonos, Tinos, Lefkada and Athens. In addition, Elevate PR will be supporting Euroterra Capital’s lettings and management arm, London Villa based in Central London, managing over 130 properties in the W2 area including Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Marylebone, Notting Hill, Hyde Park, Kensington and Chelsea. Introducing new client, Hound and Porter

Between the Elevate PR team, we have almost half a century of property experience, but our new client can closely rival that! Husband and wife, Chris Nathan and Emily Nesbitt are the brains behind Hound and Porter: a completely different estate agent launching this month in Reigate, East Surrey. Estate agent of 30 years, Chris has an exciting vision for an agency which puts dedicated service, experience and in-depth local knowledge at the centre of its ethos. Chris provides 24-hour access to speak directly to him, and he is ready to share his little black book of local experts – comprising a ‘who’s who’ of RH1 and RH2; all of which is designed to ensure those who are making one of life’s biggest decisions are in expert hands.

FT Weekend Festival 2019

As this summer’s festival season drew to a close, Elevate PR was supporting client Camilla Dell, Managing Partner and founder of Black Brick Property Solution LLP, as she participated in the 2019 FT Weekend Festival on 7th September at Hampstead’s Kenwood House. Camilla spoke eloquently and insightfully on the FT Money stage alongside Lucian Cook of Savills and Ed Mead of Viewber, on the hot topic of “How to be the Bank of Mum and Dad” – discussing strategies and techniques which can help parents to support their children on to the property ladder. The irony was not lost on Elevate PR’s MD and new mum, Chanel Bailey whom attended the talk with her 12 week-old son.
