Elevate PR was appointed by Crystal Waters Global at the end of last year to promote their growing and beautifully designed portfolio of luxury villa-resorts due to launch and in progress across Greece and its islands. Crystal Waters on Lefkada Island in Greece had achieved record sales over a short selling period; providing a strong indication that Greece was making a comeback and sure steps to recovering from its financial crisis more than ten years ago.  The speedy sale of Lefkada  prompted the company to open off-plan sales on three further resort developments in Mykonos, Tinos and Athens.

 With a ‘Greece is Back’ story line developing, Elevate PR placed Crystal Waters centre stage in a Financial Times: House & Home article written by property freelancer Zoe Dare Hall, promoting the appeal of buying in Greece and Tinos as the next island destination to watch. We then turned our attention to speaking to UK based international property editors and writers to ensure they were aware of the developments and with the view to placing larger dedicated pieces on the new Crystal Waters schemes to drive interest and sales.

As we navigate through the weeks and months ahead following the Coronavirus outbreak, our strategy turns to crisis and corporate communications and working with the client to look at how we can plan longer term to maintain interest in off-plan sales for their upcoming schemes; whilst monitoring travel restrictions into and across Europe. We continue to provide daily PR counsel to Crystal Waters to help future proof the business when the demand from the UK returns.
