Chanel's expertise and dedication have earned her an esteemed position within the luxury property sector, having worked in the public relations industry for over 15 years. With a black book of contacts and unrivalled relationships with the media, she has had the pleasure of working with a variety of notable clients, from volume house builders to super prime developers, leading estate agents and boutique buying agents.

As a trusted advisor to her clients, Chanel believes in working in partnership; to help them achieve their commercial goals, enhance and protect their corporate and social reputations, whilst offering innovative solutions to generate proactive, results driven, exceptional public relations support.

Chanel has led the strategy and delivery of landmark PR campaigns for clients, including the launch of Cornwall Terrace by Oakmayne Bespoke (which broke records for sale prices for The Regents Park), Buxmead by Harrison Varma and Pine Cliffs Resort in Portugal. Chanel also led the strategy when announcing the new franchise agreement between Kay & Co and Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway Home Services to a global audience, which generated over 300 pieces of coverage.

With an honours degree in PR and over 28 years’ experience, Jo has spent most of her career in the property industry. Specialising predominantly in the residential market working for developers around the world, she has acted for clients spanning social housing to multi-million-pound mansions.  

As head of the residential division at leading property PR agency, TTA Group in London’s West End, part of FTSE Company Chime Communications, Jo and her team were responsible for some of the biggest names in property worldwide including - Berkeley Homes, St George PLC, Findaproperty.com, Primelocation.com, Savills, EA Shaw, Versace Home, Palazzo Versace Dubai, Lang O’Rourke, City Lofts and Oakmayne to name a few, as well as celebrities that dabbled in the industry at the time, like Andre Agassi and Grant Bovey.

Executive Assistant

Working at Elevate PR as Executive Assistant to Chanel Bailey, Chloe is on hand to help whenever and wherever she is required; to ensure all in house systems and processes work efficiently and effectively, and to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of each client account.

Chloe brings a wealth of Property and Construction knowledge to Elevate PR, having worked in the industry the majority of her career. Prior to joining Elevate PR, she worked for niche, award winning Property Developer Hambridge Homes in Sevenoaks as P.A. to the M.D. and E.A. to the team. Before this, Chloe was at Linden Homes’ South-East regional Head Office, which is where she went on to enjoy a highly successful stint as a Senior Sales Executive, selling prestigious New Build apartments in Wimbledon. 

Having started out in Property Management as a Block Manager, progressing to Senior Estates Manager at a young age, Chloe moved to Commercial Property Management, working for La Salle Investment Management in Oxford Circus. 

For several years she also worked as a retro antiques dealer - sourcing, refurbishing and selling disarble mid-century pieces of furniture, pottery, artwork and fabrics to Japanese and West European dealers. This experience allows her to understand the constraints of being a business owner; invaluable in allowing perspective to act as if Elevate is her own, which makes Chloe a great company asset!
