Last night the team at Elevate PR supported our client, Far East Consortium (FEC UK) with the launch of its latest development; Aspen at Consort Place in Canary Wharf. Potential buyers can now choose from one of the 495 design-led apartments within what is anticipated to become the third tallest residential tower in Canary Wharf. During the launch event, on the 39th floor of the development’s direct neighbour, Bokan at Novotel, the vast number of attendees enjoyed the spectacular 360-degree views of the London skyline and heard speeches from the key leaders in the project’s genesis; FEC UK’s Head of Development, John Connolly, Architect Fred Pilbrow and Aspen’s charitable partner, East End Community Fund.
For Elevate PR, a big focus of our launch campaign is the emphasis that FEC UK is placing on creating a new public realm that Consort Place will bring - offering the local community and those wanting to enjoy the best of living and working in one of the world’s greatest capitals – world-class amenities and infrastructure. Within this new destination there will be an education facility, a number of family-friendly play areas for a range of different aged children, as well as a choice of cafes, restaurants – and the famous North Pole public house which will be restored and remain a key feature for the wider community.
Over the coming months, we look forward to carving out more interest in Aspen at Consort Place. The South Quay and Marsh Wall area is part of a distinctive community, rich with character and integral to the legacy of this part of East London; giving the development a unique heritage story. But equally, as some of our media guests last night commented: “Aspen at Canary Wharf marks a new-wave of developments which will shape and revitalise the southern edge of Canary Wharf, with genuinely useful infrastructure and considered design” – we couldn’t have put this better ourselves!
