ROYALTON RESIDENCES’ LUXURY DEVELOPMENT MAGNA CARTA PARK WINS A TRIPLE TRIUMPH OF HONOURS AT THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS 2020

Despite a tumultuous year, our client Royalton Residences’ has scooped three awards at the International Property Awards 2020, for its stunning Magna Carta Park development.

The objective of these prestigious awards is to recognise excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry worldwide. Within its winning categories, Royalton Residences competed against the best property professionals across the European region.

Specifically, Magna Carta Park has been recognised in the categories of:

-       Architectural Multiple Residence for South East,

-       Developer Website for UK and,

-       Residential Development for Surrey.

The United Kingdom Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley; members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

Magna Carta Park is a brand-new development from Royalton Residences - it has been highly anticipated and marks the arrival of a truly 21st century private estate. It is spread over 57 acres of woodland and landscaped grounds, coupled with world-class amenities.

The interiors have been lovingly designed by celebrated interior designer Louise Bradley; it epitomises luxury, understated elegance and countryside-calm; befitting of its woodland setting and classically English style. Moreover, the architect behind Magna Carta Park is the esteemed Julian Bicknell and Associates. The properties are a contemporary take on classically elegant architecture that takes inspiration from the 17th century to the present day. With quintessential British aesthetic always remaining at the forefront of the design, many homes are inspired by Victorian architecture, whereas a range of other properties on the estate reflect the traditional Georgian and Queen Anne styles.

The Property Awards are in their 27th year and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. The highest-ranking winners in each region will automatically be entered into the International Awards, culminating in announcements of the world’s best winners at the end of the process.

Alex Herman, Sales & Marketing Manager at Royalton Residences, commented: “The United Kingdom Property Awards is the largest, most prestigious and widely recognised programme throughout the regions, and it is remarkable to be honoured in three different categories. Recently, Magna Carta Park has received a positive response to the lockdown - in the space of 24 hours, we received over 30 calls from prospective buyers, looking to move from central London to the development. All are saying the same thing: they want greater personal security for themselves and their families, but with access to nature, modern concierge services and a range of health and wellbeing facilities.

“We are so pleased that the level of detail that has gone into successfully delivering this development is receiving the recognition it deserves. We send our congratulations to all the impressive candidates on being celebrated at the UK Property Awards.”
