When Elevate PR was appointed by Royalton Residences as the PR agency for the launch of Magna Carta Park in Englefield Green in Surrey back in October 2019, our focus has been on our first milestone – launching the first show home. This month, Belvoir, is the first of 57 properties on the private parkland estate to be revealed to potential buyers.

Every aspect of the design of Magna Carta Park represents luxury and comfort. As such, Belvoir, in the heart of the vast woodland grounds, is a quintessential example of Queen Anne inspired architecture. Inside, the home offers ample space for relaxation or entertaining, family time or time alone; with a large living room, kitchen/dining room and games room. There is even a spacious balcony on the ground floor and private terraces on the storeys above.

As part of the project, Elevate PR has had the pleasure of working with the acclaimed interior designer Louise Bradley, known for her signature timeless and elegant style. We hope you agree, that this first taste of what’s to come, when complete later this year, is exceptionally beautiful.
