Another year, and another wonderful evening at the Property Press Awards, hosted by the fab Phil Spencer! The evening celebrated the best in property journalism and PR, with various categories awarded to the best in the industry.

The Property Journalist of the Year 2022 was awarded to the wonderful Melissa York, and renowned PR, Tricia Topping won Outstanding Contribution Award.

We sponsored this year’s Freelance Journalist of the Year category - to show our support to Property 4 Media and to acknowledge the hard work of the leading property journalists. This year, Ruth Bloomfield was the deserving winner, and our Founder & Managing Director Chanel Bailey was proud to present her with the award for Freelance Journalist of the Year.

Thank you to Property 4 Media and Henry Hemming for organising such a wonderful night. As expected, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and the Hilton London Bankside was a perfect venue. There was a buzz in the air, an exceptional turnout with all the leading PR and Property Industry professionals and the added bonus of a delicious three-course meal.

The Property Press Awards are a chance to get everyone in the industry together. It has been a pleasure to work with talented journalists on a daily basis and to see so many of these individuals be congratulated for their industry contributions was a delight.

Best wishes to all the worthy winners who took home awards on the night. Property journalism has had a bumpy ride for the last few years, and we are proud to be a part of the community. It felt fitting to acknowledge the successes of 2022 with a big celebration.
