A rainbow '#ThankYouNHS' from Euroterra Capital

Despite the lockdown, the month of May was a busy month for Elevate PR. Whilst we were helping clients get back to business, ready to re-open for property viewings, we were also getting creative and capturing the mood of the nation, with a unique commission of this stunning rainbow floral arch, seen below, for our luxury property client, Euroterra Capital.

Widely regarded as London’s premiere garden square property developer, Euroterra Capital opened its doors to NHS workers from the nearby St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington during the lockdown period.  As a mark of thanks and deep gratitude, Euroterra Capital’s CEO Pantazis Therianos, gave us the nod to commission a gorgeous rainbow of flowers as a way to say #ThankYouNHS and spread some more positivity across London.

We worked closely with designer florist @kuyancoflowers,  explaining that although many of Euroterra Capital’s properties are located on some of west London’s prettiest blossom-lined streets, we wanted to go one step further and make a big impact across the whole local community. The flower arch stood proudly in front of one of Euroterra Capital’s most prestigious properties -  The Imperial, on St Stephen’s Gardens – an impressive stucco fronted development overlooking one of W2’s famous garden squares – and within minutes, passers-by on their daily exercise were seen taking selfies and spreading the love.

We’re celebrating a new client win: introducing Rentd

No one could deny that it’s been a disruptive time, but as many of us have found personally over the last few weeks, sometimes disruption from the norm, challenging the status quo, and doing things differently can also be a breath of fresh air. This is exactly what our new client Rentd is doing for the rental market in the UK.

As of 1st June, Elevate PR will be helping PropTech start-up Rentd to launch across the UK. The Rentd app is an all-new platform that allows tenants and landlords to rent and let properties with ease, in many cases in just a matter of hours. We’ll be sharing more news over the coming weeks, but for now, we recommend downloading the app and following Rentd on its key social media platforms, @rentreimagined ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Chanel Bailey, Founder & MD of Elevate PR comments: “Despite these challenging times, we’re thrilled to win a new client which shares our belief in doing things differently and creating smart solutions to do things better. We look forward to taking Rentd to the next level and helping people find and rent their properties with ease and speed.”

Elevate PR celebrates ‘Women in Property’ for International Women’s Day 2020

International Women’s Day on 8th March 2020has become a diary-date for many organisations to celebrate and focus on the role that women play in helping to shape and enhance their business. The property industry is no different; leading property public relations firm, Elevate PR is marking this event by championing the inspirational women it works with in all aspects of the property world.

According to research from PWC/REB’s 2019 Survey, women in property make up only 22% of board positions and the pay gap stands at 30% compared to men – double the 14% for all UK companies. Whilst progress is clearly evident, with businesses creating inclusion policies, flexible working for all staff and cultural organisation changes, Elevate PR believes that examples of inspiring women should be used to encourage businesses and individuals to harness the skills and talent that exists within the industry.

Personal examples for Elevate PR include, Camilla Dell; Founding Partner of property buying agency Black Brick - a four-time nominee for Spear’s Property Adviser of the Year, is known for her insight into Prime Central London’s off-market property market. Moreover, Angela Walsh, Sales & Marketing Director at Far East Consortium is leading a large team in charge of the launch of what is anticipated to be Canary Wharf’s 3rd tallest residential tower and the regeneration of the iconic Hornsey Town Hall.

Founder & Director of Elevate Public Relations Chanel Bailey comments: “During my 15 years in the property industry, I have seen it evolve to make positive steps towards greater inclusivity. Initiatives like International Women’s Day are a fantastic opportunity not only to celebrate how far the sector has come, but to shine a spotlight on the women who have played a pivotal role in either disrupting the status quo, or have shaped the way for other women to succeed in property.”

Bailey continues: “Over the coming month of March, we will be shining a light on some of the exceptional women we have worked with across various aspects of the property industry. We work with a range of exceptional women from buying agents, developers, agents and designers to architects and engineers – many of whom have championed the success of my business and my colleagues. We are using Elevate PR’s social media channels and we will be hosting an event for the women in property who we have believe have made a difference to the property landscape at the all-female networking hub, The AllBright in March.”

Elevate PR launches the first Magna Carta Park show home

When Elevate PR was appointed by Royalton Residences as the PR agency for the launch of Magna Carta Park in Englefield Green in Surrey back in October 2019, our focus has been on our first milestone – launching the first show home. This month, Belvoir, is the first of 57 properties on the private parkland estate to be revealed to potential buyers.

Every aspect of the design of Magna Carta Park represents luxury and comfort. As such, Belvoir, in the heart of the vast woodland grounds, is a quintessential example of Queen Anne inspired architecture. Inside, the home offers ample space for relaxation or entertaining, family time or time alone; with a large living room, kitchen/dining room and games room. There is even a spacious balcony on the ground floor and private terraces on the storeys above.

As part of the project, Elevate PR has had the pleasure of working with the acclaimed interior designer Louise Bradley, known for her signature timeless and elegant style. We hope you agree, that this first taste of what’s to come, when complete later this year, is exceptionally beautiful.

Cushman & Wakefield task Elevate PR with Portobello Square push and launch fashionable new apartments, Bond Mansions

Elevate PR has supported Cushman & Wakefield for the launch of their newest homes for sale in the heart of one of the most ambitious regeneration schemes in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for decades, Bond Mansions; a collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments located just off London’s famous Portobello Road in the heart of Ladbroke Grove.

Officially unveiled early 2020, the beautiful designed apartments is already hitting the headlines and featured on City AM’s Hot Propertypages, which looked at old and new properties for sale off pretty Portobello Road.

Offering a unique opportunity to purchase property in one of London’s most thriving ‘village’ communities, Bond Mansions is inspired by the vibrant heritage of Ladbroke Grove and its famous marketplace and prices for a one -bedroom apartment start from £645,000.

Bond Mansions is the first of three apartment buildings being brought to market in the second phase of the newly imagined Portobello Square development, that when completed will deliver up to 1,000 new homes.

Mike Bickerton, Partner and Head of UK New Homes at Cushman & Wakefield comments:“With Ladbroke Grove being so culturally diverse and enriching, it is refreshing to be able to offer apartments in the heart of this real community, where there is so much on your doorstep to enjoy and discover. With such close proximity to Portobello Road Market and its trendy coffee shops and gourmet food stalls, there really is no better location for first time buyers and young families to lay their roots. With so much investment being made to the area, now is the time to buy, and Bond Mansions is an exciting prospect for those seeking a new modern home with a real sense of place.”

The open-plan one- and two-bedroom apartments are designed with a clean and modern finish to meet the needs of modern life, whilst offering plenty of scope for adding personal design touches to the existing high spec finishes.

For those looking to purchase a complete Portobello Road-inspired designer home, Birmingham-based interior design agency Blocc offer a turn-key interiors package from £25,000, which provides a finished look in keeping with the colourful character of the neighbourhood. Purchasers can expect pops of colour, such as yellow and teal contrasting with lighter greys and creams; one-off paintings and artworks sourced from the local market, London-centric ornaments placed meticulously with a story to tell and vintage upcycled dressers and bedposts to add the final flourishes. Blocc offers a bespoke service so every apartment is different and authentic in look and feel and complements the sleek and modern architectural design of the open-plan living.

Ladbroke Grove is a cultural hub, offering something for everyone, with people from all walks of life enjoying the annual Notting Hill Carnival and a plethora of local highlights – including the famous Portobello Road Market with over 1,000 vendors selling a variety of goods, from fashion and antiques to delicious foods from around the globe, to The Electric Cinema, one of country’s oldest working cinemas, and the perfect place for residents to watch the latest blockbuster or timeless classic.

Elevate PR is enjoying working with Faust PR who represent the award-winning developer Catalyst, who have transformed the original Wornington Green Estate into a stylish, sustainable and mixed tenure community and is continuing to build the media hype as the buyers’ event approaches.

Elevate PR supports the launch of Aspen at Consort Place

Last night the team at Elevate PR supported our client, Far East Consortium (FEC UK) with the launch of its latest development; Aspen at Consort Place in Canary Wharf. Potential buyers can now choose from one of the 495 design-led apartments within what is anticipated to become the third tallest residential tower in Canary Wharf. During the launch event, on the 39th floor of the development’s direct neighbour, Bokan at Novotel, the vast number of attendees enjoyed the spectacular 360-degree views of the London skyline and heard speeches from the key leaders in the project’s genesis; FEC UK’s Head of Development, John Connolly, Architect Fred Pilbrow and Aspen’s charitable partner, East End Community Fund.

For Elevate PR, a big focus of our launch campaign is the emphasis that FEC UK is placing on creating a new public realm that Consort Place will bring - offering the local community and those wanting to enjoy the best of living and working in one of the world’s greatest capitals – world-class amenities and infrastructure. Within this new destination there will be an education facility, a number of family-friendly play areas for a range of different aged children, as well as a choice of cafes, restaurants – and the famous North Pole public house which will be restored and remain a key feature for the wider community.

Over the coming months, we look forward to carving out more interest in Aspen at Consort Place. The South Quay and Marsh Wall area is part of a distinctive community, rich with character and integral to the legacy of this part of East London; giving the development a unique heritage story. But equally, as some of our media guests last night commented: “Aspen at Canary Wharf marks a new-wave of developments which will shape and revitalise the southern edge of Canary Wharf, with genuinely useful infrastructure and considered design” – we couldn’t have put this better ourselves!

Black Brick makes its Property Predictions for 2020

On Friday 10th January, Elevate PR helped Prime Central London Buying Agent, Black Brick host its inaugural new year Property Predictions Round Table event at Balthazar in London’s Covent Garden.

The event was chaired by Founder of Black Brick, Camilla Dell and her Partner Caspar Havard-Walls as they shared their thoughts on what’s in store for the year ahead in the London property market.

Media from the likes of the New York Times, Bloomberg and Spear’s Magazine hotly debated topics such as the growing trend in property sellers wishing to sell off-market, the strength of the USD against a weakened GDP in recent months, through to the impact of climate change on property decision making and further still, looking ahead  to the influence of the US Elections at the end of 2020. What makes London unique was also discussed – the re-emergence of ‘neighbourhood communities’ seems to be a new strategy for many of London’s most prestigious private estates such as Grosvenor, Cadogen and the Crown Estate. Whereas, the iconic London pub appears to be under-threat in parts of London where canny developers have converted these distinctive buildings into residential properties.

Overall the event was full of positive energy for the year ahead  - after almost three years of social and political uncertainty – Black Brick predicts a 10 per cent up-lift in asking prices for the most desirable parts of Prime Central London, and clients’ budgets are anticipated to rise from an average of £4million to £6.25million in 2020.

Writing the future for new client and luxury new development, Magna Carta Park

It would be fair to say that the Elevate PR team gets quite spoilt, seeing some of the UK’s finest properties and new developments, so it’s a special moment when we get as excited as we are to have secured a new client such as The Royalton Group. We are beyond thrilled to be exclusively leading the PR program for its new luxury development in the heart of Surrey, Magna Carta Park. The prestigious development on Englefield Green brings private estate living into the 21st century. Designed by esteemed architect Julian Bicknell with interior design by Louise Bradley, the 57 acres of private parkland has the Royalton signature of elegance and refinement. Over the coming months we will be sharing news on significant milestones, the wealth of history behind the ancient land, and world-class amenities which are quite literally the stuff of dreams.
